          You agree not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to defeat any technological measures or robots.txt protocols implemented by us to block automated access. Any scraping activities that disrupt server performance or degrade the user experience will be treated as a cyber security threat.<\/div>\n

          Legal Remedies<\/div>\n
          Any violation of this Anti-Scraping Policy constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service. Kaaldrishti Private Limited reserves the right to block offending IP addresses, terminate accounts, and pursue full legal remedies under applicable IT, copyright, and civil laws of India.<\/div>\n
